The course will provide delegates with the technical skills required to organise safe and successful expeditions, including:-

Navigation
Kit, and preparation for expedition
Fitness
Campcraft
First Aid
Weather
Emergency Procedures.

Within each section of the course different teaching methods will be considered, and time will be given over to understanding how different delivery methods can be adapted to best suit different conditions and learning styles.
