RYA Safety Boat

This two day course is for candidates who are competent to Powerboat Level 2 standard. The course will introduce the techniques used when escorting racing fleets of dinghies and windsurfers, providing safety and rescue cover to training fleets, and assisting in race management.

It is recommended candidates hold a first aid certificate.  The ratio of students to instructors will not exceed 6:1 (using two boats).
